Return Process

Step 2 – Prepare the Package

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a comparable sturdy box. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Step 3 – Ship the Return

Ship the package using a trackable shipping service. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7‑10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The following amounts may be deducted from the refund:

• Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
• Restocking fee of up to 15% for non‑defective items, if applicable.

Exchanges
